BBQ season? Have a try of these super simple, yummy mushroom skewers!
1 punnet of mixed mushrooms
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp corn starch
Optional: tahini for drizzling on top
Wash & peel the mushrooms
Slice the mushrooms into centimeter thick pieces
Mix together the oil, cornstarch and seasonings. Add water if the mixture is too thick
Mix the mushrooms and seasoning together
Place mushrooms on a skewer/s. Place on a grill
Optional: drizzle tahini on roasted mushroom kebab
