At Boxpark Shoreditch get stuck into Cook Daily’ s huge range of vegan dishes from Spicy Sweet n Sour with tofu and vegetables to Vegan Jerk tofu (also available at Croydon ), Voodoo Ray’s Jack Your Body pizza with chilli and soy yoghurt dressing, What The Pitta!’s Vegan Donner and The Athenian’s Grilled Mushrooms and Melitzanosalata made with smoke aubergine and tahini dip. Vegan menu favourites at Boxpark Croydon will have your mouth watering this month. Feast on Arancina’s Paletta Vegan Pizza, Yo !’s special Spicy Cauliflower side marinated in a light spice and Carioca’s Vegan Coxinha. Lazeez ’s will be serving up a delicious Falafel and Hummous wrap, Oatopia dishing up Vegan Arancini Balls and the team behind Indigo are dishing-up gluten free and vegan Masala Dosa and Vegetable Biryani.
