Sustainability in beauty isn’t just about cute packaging and “eco-friendly” buzzwords, it’s about what’s actually inside our products. Enter certified sustainable palm oil. It’s in everything from moisturiser to lipstick, but as most know, when sourced irresponsibly, it wrecks rainforests and threatens wildlife. At Cosmoprof, the Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO) made it clear: brands need to do better.
