Ingredients 1 banana, frozen 200g frozen mixed berries (blueberries, blackberries, cherries, etc) 125g mixed berry Coyo tub 100ml apple juice Nuts, dried fruit and seeds to top Instructions In a high speed blender or Nutribullet, blend the banana, berries and coyo with 100ml apple juice and water to thin to desired consistency.
