JVS Pre-Purim 2025: Hamantaschen, Dancing & Meaningful Vibes

Last night’s pre-Purim gathering was an absolute vibe! The energy was through the roof as our kitchen turned into a full-on singing, dancing Hamantaschen factory. Everyone got into the Purim spirit, experimenting with both classic and out-of-the-box fillings. Savoury highlights? Tofu, spinach & sun-dried tomatoes, plus mushroom, spinach & olives. Sweet options? Poppy seed, strawberry jam, and, of course, chocolate! Beyond the baking, we shared our own spins on the Purim story, finding real-life lessons—like standing up for what’s right and using our strengths for good.
