Using freshly picked herbs, fruit and vegetables from the JVS edible garden, salad lover Lara Smallman, who is teaching the class will show you how to: – transform a salad in to a delicious and nutritionally balanced meal – rustle up some sumptuous salad dressings – present your salads in unusual ways We’ll then enjoy dinner together with some freshly baked bread – weather permitting, in the lovely JVS garden.
