20 minute meal, containing 2/5 a day, 16g of protein & sesame seeds for healthy fats & fibre
1/3 block of tofu, grated
Choice of seasonings (ex//. Paprika, onion, garlic,pepper)
Tsp. of soy sauce
Tsp. tomato paste
Tsp. cornflower
Tsp. vegetable oil
50g humus
Sesame seeds to taste!
1/4 cucumber sliced
1. Shred a 1/3 of a block of firm tofu
2. Slice a 1/3 of a cucumber & set aside
3. Pop the shredded tofu in a frying pan & add the desired seasonings, tomato paste, soy sauce & vegetable oil
4. Stir together & fry at a medium heat until golden brown
5. To serve: spread your humus on a plate, to with the golden stir fried tofu, cucumber & sprinkle sesame seeds to taste
