2 cups mushrooms (button or cremini)
2 tbsp vegan butter or olive oil
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
1/2 tsp dried thyme (or your favourite herbs)
Salt & black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
1. Heat the vegan butter or olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add the mushrooms and sauté for 5-7 minutes until they start to soften.
3. Add the minced garlic, soy sauce, and thyme. Stir well and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
5. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm!
