
Salad: Roasted Cauliflower with Tahini
A warm, nutty, and flavourful side.
📝 Ingredients:
- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp paprika
- ¼ cup tahini
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 tbsp water
🔹 Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 200°C.
- Toss cauliflower with olive oil, salt, and paprika in a bowl.
- Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Make tahini sauce – In a bowl, whisk together tahini, lemon juice, garlic, and water until smooth.
- Drizzle over roasted cauliflower and serve warm.
