Vegan kosher Passover recipe Pesach

Salad: Roasted Cauliflower with Tahini

A warm, nutty, and flavourful side.

📝 Ingredients:

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ¼ cup tahini
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 tbsp water

🔹 Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C.
  2. Toss cauliflower with olive oil, salt, and paprika in a bowl.
  3. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Make tahini sauce – In a bowl, whisk together tahini, lemon juice, garlic, and water until smooth.
  5. Drizzle over roasted cauliflower and serve warm.
