No-Bake Peanut Butter Oat Bars

Ingredients

½ cup peanut butter (or any nut butter)

¼ cup maple syrup

1 cup rolled oats

1 tsp vanilla extract

¼ cup dark chocolate chips (vegan)

Instructions

Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined.

Press the mixture into a lined baking dish.

Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, then cut into bars.
