Coriander chutney
Alice Feavers recipe, made for FND at JVS, 10th March 2023
makes about 150g (a medium jar)
Equipment; food processor
Ingredients
100g fresh coriander, washed and roughly chopped
60g ground almonds
4 tbsp lime juice and zest
1 tsp salt
2 tsp brown sugar
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp of coriander seeds, toasted
2 small green fresh chillies, washed and roughly chopped (optional)
