
Chia Pudding
Delightful and easy vegan breakfast or snack!

Ingredients
¼ cup chia seeds
1 cup plant-based milk
1 tbsp maple syrup or agave
½ tsp vanilla extract
Fresh fruit & nuts (optional) for topping
Instructions

Mix all ingredients in a jar or bowl.

Stir well and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight).

Stir again and serve with fresh fruit and nuts.
