This curry paste forms the base of many Indian recipes.
Ingredients
  • Chillis (quantity depends on how spicy you want it!)
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 inch piece of ginger
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp garam masala
Instructions
  1. Blend all ingredients together in a food processor.
  2. If any left after cooking, refrigerate and keep for next time!
