You are warmly invited to join us on 12 March 2025 for our, pre-Purim gathering, priced at just £8.00 per person. The day before Purim, we’ll gather together to create delicious vegan hamantaschen that you can take home, and gobble up solo or savour with loved ones.
This fun and engaging afternoon will be an opportunity not only to enjoy baking but also to share personal stories and reflect on some of the inspiring themes associated with Purim, including injustice, identity, and courage. In our JVS kitchen, we believe that creativity, conversation, and community go hand in hand, making every moment meaningful and joyful!!
Adding a playful twist to the event, you’re welcome to wear fancy dress if you like – a mask-themed outfit is entirely optional but sure to add extra sparkle. Whether you choose to come in your most colourful costume or simply in your favourite comfortable attire, you will feel right at home.
And, of course, no gathering is complete without a bit of music. We’ll have some tunes playing in the background, and dancing in the kitchen will be (also optional, yet) strongly encouraged.
