
Starter: Roasted Red Pepper Houmous with Pita & Veggies

Ingredients
1 can (400g) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1 roasted red bell pepper (store-bought or homemade)
2 tbsp tahini
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp cumin
Salt to taste

Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth.

Adjust seasoning and serve with pita bread and fresh veggies like cucumber, carrots, or bell peppers.
