Smoothie Bowl

This fruity and colourful smoothie bowl is a great breakfast to start your day with. Can be served with granola for a more filling breakfast.
Ingredients
  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 200g frozen mixed berries
  • (blueberries, blackberries, cherries, etc)
  • 125g mixed berry Coyo tub
  • 100ml apple juice
  • Nuts, dried fruit and seeds to top
Instructions
  1. In a high speed blender or Nutribullet, blend the banana, berries and coyo with 100ml apple juice and water to thin to desired consistency.
  2. Pour into a bowl to serve and top with anything you desire! Here we used dried pineapple rings, banana, pomegranate, strawberries, blueberries, coconut and almonds.
