Smoothie Bowl

This fruity and colourful smoothie bowl is a great breakfast to start your day with. Can be served with granola for a more filling breakfast.
Ingredients
- 1 banana, frozen
- 200g frozen mixed berries
- (blueberries, blackberries, cherries, etc)
- 125g mixed berry Coyo tub
- 100ml apple juice
- Nuts, dried fruit and seeds to top
Instructions
- In a high speed blender or Nutribullet, blend the banana, berries and coyo with 100ml apple juice and water to thin to desired consistency.
- Pour into a bowl to serve and top with anything you desire! Here we used dried pineapple rings, banana, pomegranate, strawberries, blueberries, coconut and almonds.
