Harnessing the natural goodness of matcha and coconut milk yoghurt, this green smoothie is not only good for you it tastes amazing too.
Ingredients
- 1 tub matcha CO YO natural vegan yoghurt
- 2 large handfuls spinach
- 2 ripe pears, roughly chopped
- 1 cm piece ginger, grated
- Apple or pear juice, if required
Instructions
- Put all of the ingredients into a processor, blender or nutribullet and whizz until smooth. Add extra juice to reach your desired thickness. Drink immediately or chill for later.
- Cook’s tip: If you prefer a smoother texture, peel the pears first.
