Harnessing the natural goodness of matcha and coconut milk yoghurt, this green smoothie is not only good for you it tastes amazing too.
Ingredients
  • 1 tub matcha CO YO natural vegan yoghurt
  • 2 large handfuls spinach
  • 2 ripe pears, roughly chopped
  • 1 cm piece ginger, grated
  • Apple or pear juice, if required
Instructions
  1. Put all of the ingredients into a processor, blender or nutribullet and whizz until smooth. Add extra juice to reach your desired thickness. Drink immediately or chill for later.
  2. Cook’s tip: If you prefer a smoother texture, peel the pears first.
