Discover how to get the most out of the wonderful produce that’s currently in season.
Using freshly picked herbs, fruit and vegetables from the JVS edible garden, salad lover Lara Smallman, who is teaching the class will show you how to:
– transform a salad in to a delicious and nutritionally balanced meal
– rustle up some sumptuous salad dressings
– present your salads in unusual ways
We’ll then enjoy dinner together with some freshly baked bread – weather permitting, in the lovely JVS garden.
