2. Put a quote or reference to vegetarianism in your email signature so every email sends a pro-veg message. For example:

3. Write to the editor of your local paper about the many positive reasons for readers to consider turning vegetarian or at least eating more veggie food.
4. Wear a T shirt with a pro-veg message.
