Set in the tranquil parkland and lakes of Braxted Park, the course will show you how to perfect your kneading technique to create the perfect dough for sweet and savoury breads and will give you some great ideas for the endless flavours and fillings that can be used. The course also covers sweet pastry and cheesecake baking. The course is completely vegetarian.
